• ✔️Fully adjustable against the package cost.

• ✔️Refundable only in case of visa refusal.
• ✔️Non-refundable in all other situations (cancellation, change of plans, etc.).

Japan Tour – Slot Booking Policy

Slot Booking Window

• ✔️Slots can be booked a minimum of 40 days prior to the departure date.
• ✔️Slots can be booked a maximum of 5–6 months in advance.
• ✔️Accordingly, the departure date chosen by the client must be at least 40 days after the booking date.

Slot Booking Amount

• ✔️A booking fee of INR 30,000 per person is required to secure a slot.
• ✔️This amount will be adjusted against the total tour cost.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance can be paid either:

• ✔️Directly through the official website, or
• ✔️Via bank transfer (bank details will be shared with the client on WhatsApp).

Refund Policy

• ✔️The slot booking amount is refundable only in the event of visa refusal (subject to submission of official proof).
• ✔️In all other cases, the slot booking amount is strictly non-refundable
