Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, health declarations, and any other documentation required by the destination country. While GoTrails may assist with visa applications, the issuance or refusal of a visa remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees, processing charges, courier charges, and documentation expenses are non-refundable once incurred.

A booking amount is required to initiate reservations and travel arrangements. The balance payment shall be due as communicated by GoTrails. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of services without prior notice. Travel documents, vouchers, tickets, and confirmations may be released only after full payment has been received.

All quotations are based on prevailing costs at the time of issuance. Prices are subject to applicable GST, TCS, government levies, supplier surcharges, and regulatory changes. Any increase in such costs after booking may be recovered from the traveler. All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

Requests for amendments, including changes to travel dates, passenger names, accommodation, transportation, or itinerary components, shall be subject to availability and may attract administrative fees and supplier-imposed charges.

The charges below apply after visa approval and receipt of the final payment:

In addition, all non-refundable expenses incurred towards flights, hotels, rail passes, transfers, attraction tickets, guides, insurance, visa processing, and other third-party services shall be deducted as applicable. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 30 working days following reconciliation with suppliers.

No refunds shall be provided for unused services, missed flights, missed transportation, late arrivals, early departures, voluntary withdrawal from the tour, or any services not utilized by the traveler.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Any claims relating to medical emergencies, baggage loss, trip interruption, flight disruption, or other insured events shall be governed exclusively by the policy terms of the insurance provider.

GoTrails shall not be liable for any loss, delay, amendment, cancellation, or additional expense arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, war, transportation disruptions, or supplier failures.

GoTrails acts solely as a travel organizer and facilitator. Airlines, hotels, transport operators, attraction providers, guides, and other service providers are independent contractors. GoTrails shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, accident, or deficiency arising from the acts or omissions of such third parties.

Travelers are expected to comply with local laws, regulations, and standards of conduct throughout their journey. Any losses, penalties, damages, or additional expenses arising from a traveler's conduct shall be borne solely by the traveler.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

By making any payment towards a GoTrails booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
